Entry Pathway for Working Professionals

This program has been specifically designed for experienced working professionals who already hold a relevant Diploma qualification and have a minimum of five years of industry experience in a related field. The program recognises that substantial knowledge, skills and professional capability can be developed through a combination of formal education and workplace experience. Eligible applicants may be considered for advanced standing or recognition of prior learning, subject to an individual assessment of their qualifications and professional experience. This pathway enables suitably qualified professionals to build upon their existing expertise and complete the remaining Bachelor-level studies through a structured two-year program without compromising the required academic standards or graduate learning outcomes.

The Bachelor of Project Management prepares graduates to successfully plan, lead, execute, monitor and deliver complex projects across construction, engineering, information technology, healthcare, government, manufacturing, finance, education and other industries. The program integrates internationally recognised project management practices with leadership, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, sustainability, governance, research and strategic decision-making to prepare graduates for senior project management roles or postgraduate study.

Capstone: Project Management Consulting Project (BPM207)

The Project Management Consulting Capstone Project is the culminating professional experience of the program. Students assume the role of professional project management consultants engaged by an organisation to diagnose a complex project challenge, evaluate organisational project management maturity, develop evidence-based recommendations and prepare a comprehensive project management solution.
