MBA-AI 601 — Artificial Intelligence Strategy and ImplementationExplores the strategic application of artificial intelligence, organisational readiness, AI adoption frameworks, implementation planning and the alignment of AI initiatives with business objectives.
MBA-AI 602 — Business Process Automation and Intelligent OperationsExamines process redesign, workflow automation, robotic process automation, intelligent systems and the use of technology to improve productivity, quality and service delivery.

Capstone

MBA-AI 690 — AI and Digital Business Transformation CapstoneStudents complete an applied project addressing a genuine organisational or entrepreneurial challenge involving AI adoption, digital transformation, automation, analytics or digital-platform development.
